I have a lot of new prints but I reckon I'll save those for next week's blog entry (assuming there's going to be another one due). These first two are from my third shoot and were presented during the last class critique. I've decided to focus significantly less on people.





This is from my third shoot as well, though I didn't have it printed in time for the last critique.

I'm not entirely sure what to say about this picture other than I like it. It's from my third shoot and I'll work on my fourth one this weekend.

This is another picture from my second shoot but I'm working on printing more from my third. I'll try to get the pictures I have up. My last shoot was decent but the time constraint made me kind of rush. So I guess I could've done better. And this time I tried to focus a bit less on people.
I'm also working on another roll of film although it's unrelated to my concentrated series. S'just for fun.

Yeah. So this is from my second part of my concentrated photo series. Over half of my pictures didn't come out because my camera decided to be defective for the majority of my shoot, which is actually a lot more discouraging than I thought possible.

I couldn't really find anything on salons besides stock images but I did find this page. I guess I'll get some ideas from it. And I feel like this page deserves a mention as well even though it's not exactly what I've been working on.

I don't have anything new, but I do have stuff I haven't posted yet. Like this stuff.







And I have yet to find a photographer that shoots in either my style or theme because I haven't looked for one yet. I'll get on that.

... I was unable to do a second photo shoot. I was kind enough to loan my camera to a friend so they would be able to complete their first photo shoot, but, unfortunately, this considerateness was not reciprocated as my camera was not returned to me when I asked for it. So I was cameraless for two weekends. And I still need to complete my second shoot. Hopefully I'll get a chance to do so over the spring break, but that may be unlikely as certain things need to go down. So I reckon the next chance I get I'll scan some more prints from my first shoot, which was actually quite successful, if I do say so myself. We'll see...

This is Pepe, called Pepito by some. But not really. It's pretty much only my mom that says that. He likes touching stuff. It's kinda' (ir)relevant. This was also taken at the salon and, I guess, captures the whole "family" and "closeness" thing I was kind of thinking of. There's kids e'rywhere.
